Roller-coat consumption

Approximately 0.25–0.30 kg/m²; theoretical, excluding substrate porosity/profile and wastage. Complete system build follows the chosen system data sheet.

Substrate requirements

Sound mechanically prepared concrete: minimum 25 MPa compressive strength and 1.5 MPa pull-off strength. No rising moisture.

Application conditions

Air/substrate 10–30°C; substrate at least 3°C above dew point.

Working and recoat at 20°C

Approximate pot life 25 minutes. Recoat Sikafloor-264 after 24 hours and within 2 days.

Return to use at 20°C

Approx. 24 hours foot traffic; 4 days light traffic; 7 days full cure. Actual times depend on conditions.
