How we use enquiry details

When you submit an enquiry, KEPCO stores the contact details, requirements, selected products and attachments you provide so the request can be reviewed and answered.

Enquiries and uploaded files are stored in the website’s hosted storage. The enquiry inbox and attachment downloads are restricted to the authorised KEPCO account. Enquiry details are not published in the catalogue.

Rotating identifiers derived from connection information are used to help limit repeated submissions. Your quote list is also saved in your browser on this device.

Please avoid uploading unrelated personal or sensitive information. To ask about your enquiry information, request a correction or request deletion, contact hello@kepcoglobal.com.au.
