From requirement to confirmed supply.
1. Send your requirements
Send a single item, select product examples or upload a PDF parts list for the whole job. You do not need to identify the supplier first. Include quantities, delivery location and when the goods are needed. Attach photographs or specifications where available.
2. Receive a submission reference
The website saves your enquiry and attachments and displays a reference number. This confirms receipt only. For urgent requirements, email hello@kepcoglobal.com.au and include your required delivery date.
3. Confirm the product and commercial details
KEPCO will review the request and contact you using the details supplied. We may need more information before quoting. The written quote confirms the proposed product, specifications, availability, lead time, freight and payment terms.
Exact matches and alternatives
Tell us which dimensions, brands, certifications or operating requirements are essential. If an exact match is unavailable, we explain any proposed alternative and seek your approval before proceeding. We do not assume that a similar item is suitable.
Supplier onboarding
If KEPCO is not yet on your approved supplier list, email your onboarding requirements to hello@kepcoglobal.com.au. Once approved, bring enquiries across brands and product categories through the same purchasing relationship. Your organisation’s procurement requirements still apply.
Communication and updates
Your website reference confirms receipt; it is not a completed quotation. We agree the next update with you and make clear what is confirmed, what is still being checked and what information we need. Tell us if the job is urgent and provide the required delivery date. We confirm what is achievable before you commit.
Delivery coverage and freight
Include your delivery suburb, postcode and country. KEPCO reviews Australian and Australasian sourcing enquiries; delivery feasibility and freight are confirmed for the destination and product. Long pipe lengths, bulky goods and unloading requirements may need additional arrangements.
Availability and lead times
Catalogue entries show product types for enquiry, not live stock. Timing depends on the selected supplier, product and destination. Tell us your required date so this can be considered when quoting.
Payment, changes and returns
No payment is taken on this website. Review the written quotation before accepting. Contact KEPCO before changing an order or returning goods; the applicable terms will depend on the agreed supply.
