- Typical uses
- Potholes, driveways, paths, speed humps and general repairs.
- Coverage
- 60 kg covers approximately 1 m² at 23 mm depth.
- Layer and repair depth
- Maximum 30 mm per application; this compacts to about 25 mm. Repairs thicker than 50 mm are not recommended.
- Substrate and placement
- Use a dry area and thoroughly compacted base. Spread evenly, leave a few minutes, then compact with a roller, plate compactor or hand tamper.
- Return to traffic
- PDS permits immediate traffic following placement/compaction and recommends a light sand covering for immediate use.
- Curing limitations
- Hardens over several weeks depending on application and weather; avoid scuffing during this period and avoid sealers/coatings for 6 months.
